UX process: Showing the steps I took to present a user centric redesign proposal. The discovery stage lead me to re-evaluating the persona’s needs. Digging deep into market research produced enough support from users conversations to indicate the client would gain more traffic by repositioning the message.
They came to me because they were considering re-stacking the priorities of the site’s purpose by placing more importance on the media files that were, for the most part, hidden from the general viewer. This proposal was also an exploration to test if this re-stack could provide more awareness and build stronger community around critical water issues. They ultimately abandon this direction.
